Palentine’s Day (Pitcher)

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Gin
  • 24 Basil leaves
  • 24 Strawberries
  • 32 oz. Lemonade
  • Bariano Prosecco Rosé

Method:

Muddle gin, basil, and strawberries.
Strain into pitcher and add chilled lemonade.

To serve:

Pour cocktail mix over ice until glass is half full. Top with Bariano Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with fresh basil and strawberry hearts.

Late Night Date Night

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Tequila
  • 1.5 oz. Grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • .5 oz Lime juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Bariano Prosecco

Method:

Add Tequila, triple sec, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and lime to shaker with ice.
Shake and strain over ice.

To serve:

Top with a splash of cranberry juice and Bariano Prosecco. Garnish with sugared cranberries, fresh mint, and heart ornament filled with tequila and cranberry.

  • Raspberry Sorbet
  • Bariano Prosecco Rosé
  • Lemon twist

Method:

Add 2 scoops of sorbet to Prosecco glass.

To serve:

Top with Bariano Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with lemon twist.

Method:

Add gin, lemonade, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass.

To serve:

Top with Bariano Prosecco.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Gin
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Bariano Prosecco

Method:

Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute.

To serve:

Top with Bariano Prosecco. Garnish a with lemon twist.

Bariano Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • .5 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Bariano Prosecco

Method:

Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice.

To serve:

Top with Bariano Prosecco. Garnish with lemon, lime, and fresh mint.
